Have you started your holiday shopping yet? I generally respect the turkey and wait until after Thanksgiving to do any Christmas shopping, but I have to admit that I've been cheating a little bit this year. With my crazy busy schedule these days, I tend to forget things if I don't deal with them as I think of them, so I have been purchasing toys for my kids here and there as something comes to mind.
I used to love heading out at midnight with my mom to hit all of the Black Friday sales, but we haven't done that in years. I usually don't find any deals that are awesome enough to risk my life fighting through crazy mobs to get, and plus, I just don't have the kind of energy that all-nighters require. Heck, I don't usually venture out to the mall or toy stores much at all during the holiday season.
I would much rather do all of my shopping online, especially during the holiday season. I don't have to drive around looking for a parking spot, fight crowds in the stores, and stand in long check out lines. I can just sit at my computer in my pajamas while I drink coffee, and still find amazing deals.
I tend to forget about eBay while I am doing my shopping. I always just think of eBay as a place where you can go to find used items that you have to bid on, and I forget about all of the great NEW items available for purchase. I won't make that mistake again! While I was looking through eBay earlier, I found some great toys for my kids at prices that were lower than many other websites.
eBay has the hottest toys your kids want this holiday season! Shop the Toys-R-Us store on eBay and get access to the same great toy selection and service from Toys-R-Us without ever leaving eBay. You get free shipping with a $49 purchase, and most toys ship within 24 hours. You can even return most items at a local Toys-R-Us store. Talk about stress-free shopping!
One great feature of the Toys-R-Us store on eBay is the "Find a Toy!" shopping tool. You simply fill in the age and gender of the child you are shopping for and it will find a toy for you. You can even narrow the search to meet your budget.
This tool is great for grandparents, aunts and uncles, and friends who are looking to buy a gift for a child and don't really know what to get. In fact, I will be using it for some of the older kids I need to buy gifts for.
Between the "Find a Toy!" tool and the "Holiday's Hottest Items" lists for both boys and girls, I found some great ideas for gifts for my kids. Here are a few things that I know Rylie would like to see under the tree on Christmas morning...
Disney Princess Ultimate Dream Castle
This is probably THE ultimate toy for girls and I imagine it is on several wish lists this year. Rylie has some of the Disney Princess dolls, and I know she would love to pretend they are having tea parties and sleepovers in this castle!
Furreal Friends Pony - Baby Butterscotch
Rylie got the Furreal Friends "Smores" pony from Santa a few years ago, and I know she would love to have this baby too. The Furreal Friends toys are so life-like and kids love them!
Creativity for Kids Fashion Headbands
Rylie loves headbands these days, and she also enjoys any type of craft activity. So what could be better for her than a kit that allows her to make her own headbands? We actually already purchased this kit for her, and I know she is going to have a lot of fun with it!
Barbie 12 inch All Dolled Up Deluxe Stylin' Head
The ONE answer that Rylie always gives when she is asked what she wants for Christmas is "makeup". This was her answer last year, too. While I don't mind if she wears makeup around the house, I don't allow her to put it on if we are leaving the house. With this Barbie doll, she can still play with makeup...without applying it to her own face!
Novi Stars Glitter Doll - Una Verse
Dolls sure have changed since I was a kid, and they have gotten way cooler. These Novi Stars dolls are out of this world, and little girls seem to love them. I'm sure Rylie would love to add these girls to her doll collection.
The Home Depot Master Workshop
Bryce loves to build and create things, and I can't think of any better place for him to do so than this huge Home Depot workshop. It comes with so many tools that will allow for hours of project making. This is definitely an awesome toy!
Vtech Switch and Go Dinos - Attila the Ankylosaurus
Bryce has quite the collection of Vtech Dinos, and he absolutely loves them. These are great toys for little boys of all ages! We decided to let Santa finish off Bryce's collection this Christmas, and this Ankylosaurus is one that will definitely be under the tree this year.
Fisher-Price Jake and the Never Land Pirates - Musical Pirate Ship Bucky
Bryce thinks pirates are super cool! I don't believe he has ever seen an episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates, but several of his friends have these toys and he has been asking for them. He especially likes this big pirate ship.
Hot Wheels Wall Tracks Glow In The Dark - Downhill Flight
Bryce has quite the collection of Hot Wheels, and he likes to race them on the different tracks. The problem is that we are running out of space in his room for these tracks, so the Wall Tracks are a great solution.
Hungry Hungry Hippos Game
The kids were at a friend's house a couple weekends ago and they ended up playing Hungry Hungry Hippos. Bryce had such a great time playing it, so we decided that this would make a great gift for him this Christmas.
Are you always on the go and don't have time to sit at a computer and shop? eBay has that problem solved for you too. The eBay mobile app makes it convenient to shop anywhere, anytime!
Whether you're shopping from home or your phone, don't forget about eBay this holiday season. You will most likely be able to cross off every item on your holiday shopping list, all at one place! You can even find that pony that your kid just HAS to have...
What do your kids have on their wishlists this holiday season?
Disclosure: All opinions are my own. I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of eBay. I received a product sample to thank me for taking the time to participate.

We shop on Ebay quite a bit and also sell a lot. We haven't had too many problems to speak of and have found some great deals.
My step-daughters have the Creativity for Kids Fashion Headbands and really like that they were able to decorate headpieces in their own designs. I have the Novi Stars Glitter Doll - Una Verse. Yes, me! I won it in a giveaway and intended to gift it for Christmas but I liked it so much I took it out of the package and the doll now sits on a shelf.
Speaking of eBay, I purchased a new Monster Energy hoodie for my son from there a couple weeks ago. I'm going to give it to him as a Christmas gift.
