Mott's Medleys: Yummy On-The-Go Snacks {Review & Giveaway}

Summer is here, and our already way-too-busy lives have gotten even busier! Between mini-vacations and other fun summer activities, we are always on the go. When we leave the house on the weekends, I always make sure I am prepared with snacks. Our fun days can quickly become a full on fuss fest if my kids get hungry.

Finding great tasting, truly portable snacks is not always an easy task. Rylie and Bryce usually snack in the car, so I don't want something that will crumble all over them and their car seats, nor do I want something that will cause me to have to climb in the back to wipe stickies off of their hands and faces. I need something that they can eat without making a mess.

She ended up loving them! In fact, after she finished the pack of Assorted Fruit that she had first, she asked for the pack of Berry. Bryce also wanted more.

The Mott's Medleys were a huge hit with my kids! In fact, when I asked them what they wanted for lunch, Rylie said "I want more fruit snacks!" Of course these are not intended to replace fruits and vegetables in the diet, so that wasn't an option for lunch, but she negotiated to have some more after she ate her lunch.

We came home after lunch, played outside and went swimming, and sure enough, Rylie asked me for some more Mott's Medleys when we came back in. The Berry variety is her favorite.

I decided to try out a pack of these fruit flavored snacks myself, and I have to admit, they are pretty good. They actually taste like real fruit, rather than just sugar like some of the other brands I have tried.

The best part about these snacks is that they are truly portable. I can throw a couple packages in our go bag when we're headed out the door, and the kids can eat them in the car without making a mess or getting sticky.
