GUND Girls For Your Little Fashionista {Review & Giveaway}

Since 1898, GUND has been providing our little ones with the world's most huggable teddy bears and other plush toys. They have now come out with a line of plush dolls, perfect for little girls to spend their summer with! These "Best Friends in Fashion" each have unique personalities and signature styles, and are the perfect pals for some fun in the sun!

I would like to introduce to you the super stylish GUND Girls!

Brooklyn

Brooklyn is a glamorous city girl, who especially likes shopping with her friends. When it comes to fashion, she LOVES everything pink and girly, like the ruffles on her skirt, the big pink bow in her blond hair and, of course, her big PINK shoes!

Deedee

Deedee likes exploring, traveling and having new adventures with her friends. When it comes to fashion, Deedee has a groovy, always ready-to-go-anywhere travel style, and she LOVES all shades of violet - to match her eyes!

Emma

Emma is a creative girl, who likes painting and dancing with her friends. When it comes to fashion, Emma has a quirky mix-and-match style that always comes together perfectly - like the turquoise dress, the pink striped stockings and, of course, her big PURPLE shoes!

Sloan

Sloan is a surfer girl who loves hanging out with her friends at the beach. When it comes to fashion, Sloan has a "hippie chic" California style and she LOVES bright colors -- like her yellow dress with the bright floral accents, and her big orange sandals!

Aren't they adorable? I love how they each have their own personalities, so your little girl is sure to find one that she could easily become best friends with! Rylie would make fast friends with either Emma (since she loves mismatched clothes) or Sloan (since she loves the beach), so she was definitely excited when Sloan showed up to play!

Rylie was immediately drawn to the bright colors of Sloan's outfit, and especially liked the flower in her hair. The details on these dolls will make any girl smile!

She especially likes her bright orange sandals, and would like a pair to match.

Rylie liked running her fingers through Sloan's dark hair (with purple highlights!!!), and then decided that she needed a ponytail. After all, she is going to the beach. The soft yarn hair was easy to pull back, and she was then ready for a day in the sun!

I don't know what it is with kids and doll clothes, but for whatever reason, they seem to always want to take them off and change their outfits. I think Rylie's favorite feature of her new doll was the fact that her dress was removable. Of course this is so the different GUND Girls can share with each other, but since we only have one, Rylie found another doll that was the same size to trade outfits with.

See what I mean about the mismatched clothes? A purple shirt with bright orange sandals is definitely something Rylie would wear!

Rylie loves her new summertime pal, and I have a feeling that at least one other GUND Girl will be joining the crew at some point this summer. The suggested retail price of the GUND Girls dolls is $30 each, which I find a little high. At the time of this review, I found one on Amazon for just over $21, which is a little more reasonable to me. At that price, I would definitely purchase these super cute plush dolls!
