My Sibling And My Pal Dolls Review | Countdown To Black Friday Giveaway

My Sibling and My Pal Dolls

A couple months ago I was introduced to My Sibling and My Pal Dolls when I did a review of a My Pal doll. When I posted that review I thought the company itself was pretty awesome. I have since had the pleasure of chatting with the owner of the company several times, and the passion that she has for her doll company and what it stands for makes it even more awesome!

LorettaRose, LLC is a family-owned company whose mission is to produce high quality dolls and plush toys with booklets for children to learn from and enjoy. Our focus is on raising children's social consciousness about caring for their peers and environment. We educate the public about the need for more services for teens and adults with developmental differences, and we provide work experiences and training to these individuals. Please read more below about the My Sibling/My Pal Work Experience Program. Many of our products are made in the USA.

I am a huge supporter of small businesses, especially those that give back to the community. The Work Experience Program is such a great program! It gives teens and adults with disabilities job opportunities that they otherwise may not have. Through this program, they can find jobs dressing, accessorizing, packaging, and labeling dolls, and packaging, labeling and assembly of other products, such as autism awareness items.

So what are My Sibling Dolls? My Sibling Dolls are brothers and sisters of children with disabilities. My Sibling Dolls come with booklets containing real-life stories about the special needs of siblings with developmental differences and also provides helpful facts and resources. These dolls and their associated booklets will help children understand others who learn and grow differently than they do.

My Sibling Matty My Sibling Mae

Matty and Mae are two dolls in the line of My Sibling Dolls. They both come with stories about their siblings. Matty has a younger sister, Hope, who has Autism and can’t understand why his little sister gets upset every time they go to the supermarket. With the help of Hope’s special teacher, he comes to understand that it’s all the noises, smells and feelings she gets when they go shopping that bother her so much. Mae has a younger sister, Maureen, who has Down Syndrome. Mae and her older brother Gerry, with the help of their neighbor, Mrs. Claire, manage a difficult situation on the way to the park with their little sister Maureen. My Sibling Dolls are a great way to teach children about children who may be a little bit different than they are.

My Pal dolls are 18" boy and girl dolls, each of which has a socially relevant purpose or cause to promote. A few of my favorites are My Pal for Autism Awareness, My Pal for Baseball, My Pal for Peace and My Pal the Patriot. The booklets that come with each My Pal doll provide information and give children the opportunity to write their own stories!

My Pal for Autism Awareness My Pal for Baseball My Pal for Peace My Pal the Patriot

My Pal also has a line of adorable plush toys with theme booklets such as Going Green, Autism Awareness, Peace, and even a My Birthday Bear.

My Pal Plush

Just in time for the holidays, you will also find My Pal for Christmas. These 18" boy & girl dolls and plush bears are full of holiday cheer, and a great gift for children who are celebrating Christmas! When you order a My Pal for Christmas doll, you will have your choice of eye, hair and skin color.

My Pal for Christmas

We received a selection of My Pal for Christmas dolls and plush to review: 18" boy doll, 18" girl doll, large bear, and small stocking stuffer bear. These items are all high-quality and are adorable!

My Pal for Christmas Dolls and Plush

Each doll comes with a My Pal for Christmas booklet. The booklets contain the lyrics to several popular Christmas songs, along with space for children to write their own thoughts and memories of the holiday.

My Pal for Christmas Book

Rylie was very excited for the addition of some new "friends"! She is really into dolls lately and loves to engage in pretend play with them. Bryce got in on the fun too and the kids sat the dolls around their little table and "read" to them. It was so cute!

I really can't say enough great things about this wonderful company and the dolls they make. If you are looking to purchase a doll for a child in your life this Christmas season, please consider purchasing it from My Sibling & My Pal Dolls. The dolls are reasonably priced at $40, while the plush range from $8 to $15. Not only will you be buying a high-quality product, you will be supporting a wonderful company that helps others. That is part of what Christmas is all about, after all.
