Our weekends are even more hectic, although we do get to sleep in a little bit later. Between playdates, birthday parties and errands, we are always running on the weekends too. We never stop. My kids don't like being cooped up in the house all day anyway, so we always try to make sure we have family activities planned for our weekends.
Take this past weekend, for example. We had a Halloween party on Saturday, followed by a shopping trip and an attempt to return a Halloween costume. On Sunday, we had another Halloween party to go to at one of our favorite play places called Amaya Papaya. The kids got dressed up in their costumes for the second time that weekend and we headed out for music, games and a little trick-or-treating at this super fun play place that caters to pre-schoolers.
One thing I love about Amaya Papaya is that you can bring your own food. People bring everything from small snacks to full meals. There are several tables set up away from the play area where kids can take a break from playing to re-fuel. Amaya Papaya provided the snacks for this particular party, but usually we bring our own.
You know what the perfect snack for a day at Amaya Papaya would be? I'm thinking peaches. Particularly, Del Monte Diced Peaches with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
These peaches would make a great, healthy snack for any family on the go. The single serving size cups do not have to be refrigerated, so you can toss a couple in your bag as you head out the door.
We recently had a chance to shop for the Del Monte Diced Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar. This new product from Del Monte is already so popular that we had to go to two stores just to find them.

Yes, Rylie is in her jammies...her class had a pajama party for Halloween.
The kids enjoyed the peaches, especially Bryce! He kept saying "mmmmm" the whole time he was eating them. The serving sizes of these fruit cups are perfect for a snack, or an addition to a meal, and they are also great for little hands to pick up to drink the juice out of.
The Del Monte Diced Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar are also a great snack for moms too! I'm not usually a fan of brown sugar, but it was not overwhelming at all and gave the peaches a nice flavor. I will definitely be tossing a cup of these peaches in my lunch during the week!
Bryce liked the peaches so much that he actually had a second helping! Hey...I will never pass up an opportunity to give my kids extra fruit.
Once the kids were done with their healthy snack, they got dressed up in their costumes and we headed out to go trick-or-treating. The peaches were the perfect fuel to keep them running from store to store...
We are going to have to get back out to Walmart and stock up on these #DelMonte Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar very soon. If we get home at night and dinner isn't ready yet, Bryce walks right over to the pantry and gets some out. I guess they make for a great appetizer too!

Ok, love that you are eating the peaches with Rylie's pink toddler spoon!! LOL! I might have to try these. Sounds like your kiddos enjoyed them, maybe mine will too :)
I'm glad that my daughter isn't the only one who drinks the juice afterwards!
