If you have kids, then most likely you have seen that logo before. Mattel makes some of the greatest toys from some of the best known brands out there. We will see that logo several times on Christmas morning at our house. What about you?
When you visit the Mattel Toy Shop, you will find all of your kids' favorite toys from brands like Fisher Price, Hot Wheels, Disney and Barbie. We recently received toys for review from two of our favorite brands - Disney Princess and Disney*Pixar Cars.
Rylie loves dolls, and she loves the Disney Princesses. She also loves to change her dolls' clothes a hundred times a day, along with her own. That is why she will be thrilled on Christmas morning when she unwraps these Disney Princess 2-in-1 Ballgown Surprise Dolls!
It just so happens that Rylie's two favorite princesses are Cinderella and Tiana, and now when she watches Cinderella or The Princess and the Frog, she will have her beautiful Disney Princess 2-in-1 Ballgown Surprise Dolls with her. The "Ballgown Surprise" is the best feature of these dolls, or at least it will be in Rylie's mind. You can magically transform their dresses!
Cinderella's blue ballgown transforms into a pink dress, and Tiana's green ballgown transforms into a blue dress. I am sure their dresses will be changed several times a day, and in fact, they will probably end up with each others' dresses on!
The Ballgown Surprise Dolls retail for a great price of around $20.99 at the Mattel Toy Shop, and at the time of this review, they were $19.99 at Amazon.
Both of my kids are huge Cars fans, but Bryce especially loves that hot rod Lightning McQueen! The other great Mattel toy that we received for review was Lightning McQueen Alive.

There are so many great features of this "first ever 1:55 scale fully animated talking race car"! With the moving eyes, movie phrases and sounds, LED headlights and the life-like moving mouth, your kids will think they have the real Lightning McQueen!
The recommended age for this is 4+, which is a little old for Bryce, but I honestly think he will love it. Lightning McQueen Alive isn't just for kids, though. This would make a great gift for any die hard Cars fan. The box even states "for the adult collector". The current Amazon price of $54.99 makes it more of a collector's item than a toy, in my opinion.
