We have had a pretty good week, except for the fact that Bryce has croup (again). On Wednesday morning he woke up with that tell-tale cough, so off to the pediatrician he went. They gave him an oral steroid and he really hasn't coughed since. If you catch that early, it doesn't get real bad.
I'm starting to like our new camera more and more, now that Brian is messing with the settings some. We just keep snapping pictures when we can. Like these...
Now those aren't edited or anything because I have NO CLUE how to do that, but we are just having fun getting the camera figured out. Rylie has become quite the model, too. One day I was taking some pictures of her and I told her to "be sassy", so now whenever Bryce sees me with the camera he says "Rylie, be sassy!" And she obliges...
It was pretty chilly here in central Florida this morning, so the kids got to wear jackets to school for the first time. They were so excited!
Of course it is going to warm back up, but we will have a few days of nice weather here.
We don't have too much going on this weekend, thank goodness. On Sunday we are meeting some good friends out at the pumpkin patch to take some pictures, and then have some fun at the fall festival. I'm really hoping to get some good pictures like the ones we got last year...only with our camera!

1. Where do you escape to when you've had enough?
Honestly, I don't. I can't remember the last time I really "escaped". Hell, if I ran off every time I "had enough", my kids would never see me! ;-)
2. What shows are you watching this fall?
Would you believe we are still watching some from LAST FALL? Now that I'm blogging until all hours of the night just about every night, our TV watching time is very limited. So the question should be more like "what shows are you recording on your DVR this fall?"
Criminal Minds (my favorite, and the only one we are caught up with), The Office, Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men, House, Parenthood, CSI, Parks and Recreation, Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Private Practice, Chuck, Supernatural and Pan Am (that hasn't been cancelled yet, has it?)
Yes, we watch way too much TV. It used to be much worse, though, if you can believe that.
3. What was the longest roadtrip you've ever taken and where did you go?
Do you remember when I talked about The Trip From Hell? That had to have been the longest road trip that I have been on. We went from Florida to Massachusetts and back. In a motor home. With entirely too many people.
4. Do you plan on taking your kids to Disney World?
Yes! In fact we are going in a couple of weekends. It will be Bryce's first time, and I can't wait! But since we live a half hour from Disney World, it isn't really all that much of a big deal.
5. What is something people would surprised to know about you?
Hmmm. There are several things about me that would probably surprise people. How about the fact that I can't blow my nose? Nope. I just can't do it.

I watch many of the same shows you do. Did you know Parenthood is in danger of being canceled? I will be SO sad if that happens!

Send your kids up here to stay for a little while in January, they won't find wearing coats all that exciting anymore.
And, because I know that other people are wondering the same thing: what the heck? What do you do when your nose is running??
I'm confused...you mean you physically can't blow it, or it just grosses you out, so you don't? Reminds of kids that blow their noses by blowingout of their mouths. LOL. My girls got really excited about their coats and pants too...too bad it won't last :( Are you going to the Not-so-Scary party? I think we are going to do the Very Merry Xmas party this year - that's the plan anyway!
I don't think that Pan Am has been cancelled yet -- I'm really enjoying that show!
Look at that sassy girl modeling!! She is so cute :) I am glad you are practicing with your new camera. I think the croup is going around...I guess it made its way up the coast...lol. Thank God for DVR, I think most bloggers rely on it...lol!
