Welcome to another fun Saturday Playdate! Today we're playing with Melissa from Disney Hotels Fan. Some of you may know Melissa from her blog, The Life of a Sippy Cup Mom!, and if you know Melissa, you know how much she loves Disney. She now gets to combine her passion for Disney and her passion for blogging together and write for this great new website.
Disney Hotels Fan is all about the Disney Resorts. So before you make a trip to Disney, make sure you check out this informative website to help you decide where to stay. (Because I just don't have room for you all here!)
Hi everyone! I’m Melissa and you can find me over at Disney Hotels Fan, where we talk everything Disney and their wonderful hotels!
Disney World is a wonderful place to take children, and if you have a little Pirate or Princess in your family, you can make the experience even more magical.
Swashbuckling Pirates
If you decide to bring your lil’ buccaneer to Disney World, consider staying at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort for the ultimate pirate experience.
The Caribbean Beach Resort offers up a pirate-themed room. These rooms feature dressers that look like crates, pirate ship beds and more pirate detail both adults and children will love!

After checking out your room, make sure to get some time in at the pool! The Caribbean Beach Resort features a wonderfully themed pool, fashioned after a Spanish fort you might find in the Caribbean. There are water cannons and slides to keep any pirate happy.
Another fun experience is the Pirate Adventure Cruise that is also offered at the Caribbean Beach Resort. This cruise lets lil’ landlubbers ages 4-12 climb aboard a boat to sail the high seas and explore an island! This adventure is $30 and lunch is provided. Reservations can be made by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.
Pretty, Pretty Princess
For the Princess in the family, book a new Royal Room at Port Orleans Riverside.
Princess Tiana has welcomed all of her Princess friends and they each have left a special item in the rooms! Rich in detail, these rooms are fit for royalty!
Your child will love sleeping in a room where she will find the flying carpet from Aladdin and the footstool from Beauty and the Beast!

Don’t forget to visit the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique so they can dress up and get their hair done before they arrive for their big meeting with the princesses. There are two locations, the Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney.
Have you taken your lil’ pirate or princess to Disney World? What is their favorite part?
Thanks for stopping by for our Playdate! I hope you had fun! If you would like to come over for a Playdate, let me know in a comment or an email.
