Eco-Friendly Products From The Ultimate Green Store {Review & Giveaway}

How big is your carbon footprint? As time goes on, I find myself trying to become more and more eco-conscious. I want to do my part in protecting this planet that we all call home. I find that more and more these days, I look for the most environmentally friendly products when I am considering a purchase. I recently had a chance to review an EcoZoo Cotton Kid's Rolling Backpack from The Ultimate Green Store.

This PVC-free Rolling bag is made from natural cotton canvas and rope materials and colored with toxic-free dyes. It features a telescoping handle, durable, recycled plastic wheels, and internal pockets for storage that securely fasten with a hook-and-loop closure. The buttons and buckles on this bag are made from recycled plastic parts and sustainable wood parts. Plus there is a top web loop for hanging and two padded shoulder straps for the wearer’s convenience.

It was so hard to make a decision as to which one of these adorable backpacks for kids to review, but we ultimately decided on the Frog.

The backpack is huge! There is plenty of room for all of a child's school supplies. This backpack would also be great for sleepovers, and Rylie can't wait to use hers the next time she goes to Mama's. There are plenty of different compartments in this bag, which is one of my favorite features. There are even small compartments in the frog's feet!

This bag is very high quality and put together very well! The canvas is very thick and the pack is sturdy. Another one of my favorite features are the wheels. The wheels on the backpack are not cheap, rickety wheels that you see on some kids' backpacks. They are more like what you might see on a rollerblade. The backpack is very easy to pull, even when it is full. The wheels glide effortlessly.

Rylie was so excited to put her school stuff in the new EcoZoo backpack and roll it into school!

While the size of this backpack is definitely a positive feature, unfortunately it was too big for Rylie's cubby at school, so she won't be able to use it daily. She will definitely be using it for trips away from home, though.
