Nutrisystem Weekly Weigh In: Week 12

Here we are again. Another week is behind us. I hope everyone had a great weekend. We sure did! We stayed busy, as usual. I love to keep the kids busy over the weekend and we usually have a lot of fun family activities planned. The only problem with running around like we do is the fact that we are usually out at meal times, and when we're out, I don't eat as well as I do when we're home. Nutrisystem gives me plenty of tools to help me make the right decisions when we're eating out. It is too bad I don't use them.

Like I mentioned last week, my problem is willpower. Well, the fact that I have none. If we are out somewhere and I have a choice between a salad with grilled chicken or a cheeseburger and french fries, 9 times out of 10 I'm going to pick the burger and fries. I can't help it. I like the food that isn't good for me. I'm trying to get better about it, though.

I still enjoy the Nutrisystem food for the most part, even though I have found a couple of entrees that I don't particularly care for. Just like everything else, though, I won't like each and every item. Some of the entrees I did enjoy this week were Lowfat Granola Cereal for breakfast, Mexican-Style Tortilla Soup for lunch, Cheese and Spinach Ravioli with Meat Sauce for dinner and Fudge Swirl Sundae for dessert.

Now for my weekly weigh in. I don't really have anything too exciting to tell you. I did lose almost a half a pound since last week, so I am definitely happy about that! We're going to be out of town all next weekend, so hopefully I will be able to muster up some strength to stay away from all of the "bad foods" so I can continue to shed these pounds!

It's tough to make a change in diet! I feel ya on the cheeseburger thing, but the entrees you chose do look delicious!
