My Go-To Recipe: Artichoke Dip

Do you have that one recipe that you go to all the time when you need to make something for a party? You know, the one that you know the ingredients off the top of your head and you don't need to look at a recipe to make it? I do. It is a simple artichoke dip that is super easy to make and tastes great! Now any time we are invited to a party, I'm either asked for the recipe for it, or asked to make it. It is always a huge hit!

I wish I had a picture to insert here, but unfortunately I don't.

Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.

That is all there is too it! This makes a delicious appetizer!

I cannot take credit for this recipe. A friend gave it to me several years ago, and I don't know where she got it from.

So tell me, what is your go-to recipe?

This is one of my mom's absolute favorites! She also loves incorporating spinach into it, too.

Wow, that is one easy and delicious sounding recipe! I'm bookmarking it so I can give it a try next time we have guests.

My go to recipe is usually just cheese and crackers! I think I need to be a little more creative.
