I wish I had a picture to insert here, but unfortunately I don't.
Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
That is all there is too it! This makes a delicious appetizer!
I cannot take credit for this recipe. A friend gave it to me several years ago, and I don't know where she got it from.
So tell me, what is your go-to recipe?

This is one of my mom's absolute favorites! She also loves incorporating spinach into it, too.
This is my favorite when you bring it to our family gatherings! I can't wait to have it again!
I'm not an artichoke fan but these dips always look so good.
I've never tried that! What a great recipe!

Wow, that is one easy and delicious sounding recipe! I'm bookmarking it so I can give it a try next time we have guests.
My go to recipe is usually just cheese and crackers! I think I need to be a little more creative.
Artichoke dip seems to be a staple for any party!! Funny thing is, I make and I have never tried it as I hate artichokes!! I am sure yours is yummy!!
