Light Up Their Nights With KinderGlo {Review & Giveaway}

Rylie started having nightmares right before her third birthday. At first we were concerned about it, because really, what could a three year old possibly be having nightmares about it? It turns out, though, it is pretty normal around that age. Their imaginations are really developing, and they are absorbing more and more of what is going on around them.

Along with these nightmares, though, came her desire for her door to be open and her light to be on...all night long. Rylie's light has a dimmer on it, so it isn't like it was on bright, but it was still using electricity all night. She has a nightlight in her room, but it is plugged into the wall on the other side of the room and isn't very bright. So the light stayed on.

I was recently given the opportunity to review a portable night light from KinderGlo. I hoped that this would solve the light-on-all-night issue.

KinderGlo is a trademark of Blue Moon Lights Incorporated. These fun, safe, portable night lights will light up your child's room all night long! They are rechargeable, BPA and lead free, and simple to use.

There are eight different characters to choose from, such as a Moon, a Hippo, or an Elephant. Rylie chose the Angel Night Light.

When I say that this night light is simple to use, I really mean it. I took it out of the package, plugged the charging base into the wall and set the Angel on it. When the red light is on, it is charging, and it will turn green when it is finished.

When the night light is removed from the base, it automatically turns on in the mode that continuously changes color. In this default mode, it will turn off after 30 minutes. Rylie wants her night light to stay on all night, so all we do is press and hold the button on the bottom to change that mode. It really stays bright all night long! She likes hers to cycle through the colors, but you can also change it to make it glow one color.

This night light is different from all the others, because it can actually go to bed with your child. It does not get hot to the touch, and is safe to have in bed with them.

Rylie absolutely LOVES her KinderGlo Angel Night Light! She sleeps with it every night. It is bright enough so that we don't have to leave her regular light on! She feels safe and secure going to sleep in her own bed, and knows that her Angel will still be bright if she wakes up during the night.

This is another great product that will really get used in our house! If your child likes some light in their room at night, I highly recommend KinderGlo!
