Souplantation & Sweet Tomates April Lemon Menu {Review & Giveaway}

One of my all time favorite lunch spots is Sweet Tomatoes! I love that you can get a different variety of food every time you visit, and everything is always so fresh. In case you aren't familiar with Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes, it is an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience. The restaurants feature fresh produce and salads, made-from-scratch soups, hot-tossed pastas, freshly baked breads and muffins, fresh fruit, frozen yogurt, and more. The first two Souplantation restaurants were acquired by Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp in 1983 in Southern California, and as they continued to grow beyond California, the name Sweet Tomatoes was adopted.

Sweet Tomatoes is currently offering their April Lemon Menu. This menu is sure to make you pucker up! We were given a Summer Lemon Salad to review. This salad contained crisp lettuce, spiced pecans, cranberries and Gorgonzola cheese. (I'm pretty sure the cheese was Gorgonzola, I can't seem to find the actual ingredients listed anywhere.) It was tossed in a creamy lemon dressing.

The salad was DELICIOUS! My mom, Brian and I ate it for both lunch and dinner that day. The dressing had just the right amount of tang, and was creamy and covered the salad well. A little bit went a long way. Honestly, I wish this salad was offered year round.

Did you know that Sweet Tomatoes also has a catering menu? I, personally, was not aware of that. I will definitely be looking to Sweet Tomatoes' catering menu for our summer get togethers.
