Hi! My name is Bernadette and I am so excited to have this playdate at The Life of Rylie and Bryce too! Thank you LeeAnn for having us over today! I am the proud Mommy to 2 Posh Lil Divas (ages 5 & almost 4). My Lil Divas are 15 months apart and they definitely keep me on my toes! There is never a dull moment in our household but we wouldn't have it any other way.

I have been married to my wonderful husband for 6 years and before becoming a SAHM I was an elementary school teacher! I think this is pretty apparent in my blog as a big part of it deals with preschool learning and crafts. This is such a wonderful age of learning and discovery for young children. They are naturally curious and eager to figure things out. I try to nurture and encourage this by using a thematic approach, which incorporates literature along with a variety of hands-on and creative activities to make learning a fun and stress free time. I truly enjoy spending this time with my Lil Divas and I hope some of what we do inspires other mamas to get hands-on and creative when it comes to helping their little ones learn.

I started blogging in November of 2010 so I am relatively new to this but have fallen in love with the blog world very quickly! Some might say (mostly my husband) that I am addicted! :-) I have actually been reading and following mom blogs since I found out I was pregnant in 2005. It just took me this long to muster up the courage to start my own blog because I was worried no one would read it! The positive response to Mom to 2 Posh Lil Divas has been so wonderful in this short period of time. I truly appreciate knowing I am not alone in this crazy adventure called Motherhood. We all know being a mom is such a roller coaster ride full of twists and turns and ups and down. While my blog has become my voice/outlet, it’s the response from all the wonderful readers out here in bloggy world that mean the most! I have met so many wonderful people and continue to be amazed at how people want to stop by and check in on our lives and comment back to us! I LOVE comments - it makes me feel like people are really out there, lol! Actually, it's just wonderful to know that other parents understand where I am now and have either been there and survived or are struggling right along with me. It's nice to be able to share and laugh at the craziness that is our daily life with our kids. Overall, I have gained so much from this experience and it’s only just begun. I look forward to what the future holds.
