Happy Birthday to my sweet girl! Three years ago you came into this world and made your Mommy and Daddy the happiest people ever! We already loved you more than anything before you were born, but in that first moment that we saw your face, we felt love like we never knew it before.
I cannot believe you are already three years old. You have gone from this needy little baby to a very strong-willed, independent, little girl in what seems like a blink of an eye. I'm amazed by you every day. You're so smart, that sometimes I forget how young you really are.
When you were little, everyone said you looked just like your daddy, but here recently, everyone thinks you look like me. It is becoming very apparent that you have my personality too. You are stubborn and determined, just like me. You are ridiculously emotional too, and cry just as easily as I do. Sometimes I wish you were more laid back like your dad, and not so Type A like I am, but then other times I am glad you seem to have my personality. You will go far in life, little girl. You will be whatever you want to be, and do whatever you want to do. And the emotions? Well even though you will cry at the drop of a hat, you will have a big heart, and a lot of love to share. I see such big things in your future.
There are some days that you are such a handful, because of that strong-willed personality of yours. You are testing your limits with us, and I have to say, that it isn't always fun. But then when I tuck you in bed and you ask me for just one more hug, I forget about all of the turmoil of the day.
You are such a beautiful little girl, and your smile can light up a whole room. You have this thing against getting your picture taken, so I don't get many of those smiles on camera, but I see them every day. The best part of my whole day is when I first see you in the morning and see that pretty smile. You are always so happy to see me, as I am to see you. You get so excited when I pick you up from school, and I just want to scoop you up and hug you forever!

Happy, happy birthday to you, Rylie!! I swear, sometimes I wish I could stop time. Looking at the photo of you when you gave birth then to Rylie's 3rd b-day pics...it makes me sad that the kids get so big so quick! She is a bright little girl who is going to be a handful when she is 16...LOL! Hope you are feeling better and that the party is awesome!
