Today is my husband's birthday! He's 25 today! WOO HOO!
What? You don't believe he is 25? Come on. He still looks like a kid, doesn't he?
OK, so maybe he is not 25. But you're only as old as you feel, right? And if you could see how he runs around with the kids, maybe then you would believe me. Today Brian turns 40. Yes, the big 4-0! Do you remember when you were little how OLD 40 seemed to you? Yeah, not so much anymore. We're just getting started!

don't you hate how men seem to age so slowly. my husband is 10 years older than me and just about everyone thinks we are about the same age. frustrating!

Wow, that's a handsome hubby you've got there my dear. Yes, we did used to think 40 was old. I clearly remember asking my dad if he gets to retire now on his 40th birthday. He laughed and I couldn't figure out why. Until now. :)
