Piggy Paint {Review & Giveaway}

A few months ago I was going to get a pedicure and decided to take Rylie with me. While we were there she asked to get her toenails painted. I don't know who was more excited about it, Rylie or me! She sat so still the whole time and was so excited to come home and show Daddy her pretty pink toenails. My excitement wore off some, though, when I started thinking about the chemicals that were now on her toes, and worse, the chemicals we would have to use to take it off. I jumped online to find a product that was safe for kids and found Piggy Paint!

We were sent a bottle of the Forever Fancy polish and a bottle of Nail Polish Remover to review. The color of the polish is such a pretty pink! The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle of polish is that you aren't overwhelmed by a chemical smell, and the same goes for the polish remover. We followed the directions for use and started off by washing our hands with soap and water. I then applied one coat of the polish to Rylie's fingernails and toenails. The directions actually state to apply 2-3 coats, but one coat was all Rylie wanted to sit still for. Even with the one coat it still covered very well and looked great. We let it air dry for 60 seconds, and then I blew it dry with the hair dryer set on a low heat setting. It dries very quickly!

The polish stayed on her nails very well, even with only one coat. I know that if we had done the recommended 2-3 coats, it would have lasted much longer. The nail polish remover works well to take it off. You do have to rub it a little bit, but it works great considering there are no harsh chemicals in it like regular polish remover.

I think Piggy Paint is a great product, and it will be the only product that is used on my little girl's nails!
