McFatty Monday - October

Welcome to another monthly installment of McFatty Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! We were so ridiculously busy, and weren't home much at all. I have so much to post about, so stay tuned for some fun posts this week!

I don’t really have anything exciting to talk about regarding my weight loss. I am actually a pound heavier than when I posted last month. That doesn’t surprise me, though, since my eating habits have been horrible lately. I just have no willpower. I love food.

I have been keeping a chart of my weight loss for this entire time, and when I look at that, I still feel good about where I am now. Even though I haven’t met my goal of 150 pounds, I’m a lot closer now than I was six months ago!

I really need to get back to eating better so I can drop a few more pounds before the cold weather gets here. I have no winter clothes, so I need to shop for those. If I could lose a few more pounds I might be able to buy 10s instead of 12s. But then again, if I get them a little bigger, I’ll have room for my winter fat. :-D

Have a great week everyone!

I think you are doing a great job LeeAnn! Good for you, your graph really shows the progress you made. As a finance girl too, I personally love the graph!

1 pound is pretty darn good for a month at least you are maintaining and not gaining a ton. It is all in what you can live with and what you want to do. I think it is great that you haven't gained a lot that is a huge success.

Listen LeeAnn...you have done great so far. It is a given that all of us are going to gain a few pounds these next couple of months. Halloween starts it with the candy and it doesn't end until XMas. I have just accepted it :)

You are doing fantastic! that chart COULD be going up in the other direction.

A pound over a whole month seems so trivial. Good for you. This means that your body has really stabilized at this weight. I am trying to maintain until the new year...Jennifer is right, with the holidays approaching, it's going to be so hard to lose.
