We went to two different fall festivals this past weekend and we had a really good time at both! It was so nice to get out of the house and do something different with the kids. I really like this time of year and I love these little festivals that the local churches put on. The only thing missing is the cool weather. It was ridiculously hot last weekend.
Saturday we met up with Tiffany and Tammy and their families for the first fall festival. They had a bunch of bounce houses and some fun games for the kids to play. They also served lunch/dinner, and had cotton candy, snow cones and popcorn. Tiffany and I were doing a lot of chatting, and not a lot of picture taking, so for once, there just aren't that many pictures. Boo! I managed to get a couple, and if you want to see more, you can check out Tiffany's post.
Here are Rylie and Payten playing games with their dads. They loved these games because the prizes were candy!
And here is Bryce covered in ketchup from his hot dog. The kid is happiest when he has a full belly and is a total mess!
On Sunday we met up with two of Rylie's friends, Angelica and Rihanna, and their parents, for another fun fall festival! We were invited to this one while we were visiting the second pumpkin patch the weekend prior. This one had bounce houses, pony rides, train rides, face painting, games and food. I think the kids had a great time!

Here is Rylie getting ready for her pony ride. She was so excited and had no problems with me putting her on the biggest pony!
And here is Bryce getting ready for his pony ride. Things were going OK at this moment.
Once the pony started walking though, Bryce decided it wasn't so much fun. The poor kid screamed the whole time! (Go ahead and click on the picture to enlarge it and get the full effect!)
Rylie, on the other hand, loved every single second of it!
After the pony rides, the girls jumped on the train. Choo Choo!
And more pumpkin patch fun!
What a great weekend! The best part about it was just spending time together, and hanging out with our friends. I have a lot of good friends that have kids the same age as mine. We always have a great time when we get together, and I feel so blessed to have such great friends!
