McFatty Monday - September

Welcome to McFatty Monday, the monthly edition. Back in August I decided to only post this once a month since my weight loss had slowed down. So here we are a month later. I am down another couple of pounds to 153.6, and still on my way to my next mini-goal of 150. I haven't been trying all that hard, but I'm doing enough to still shed a few pounds.

It has been five months since I started this weight loss journey, and I decided it was time to update with some pictures. Here are my before and after...

I'm really starting to feel good about the way I look. I'm still no skinny minnie by any means, but I can definitely see the difference. My size 12s are now getting too big, so at some point, I need to go shopping for some new clothes. I usually dread shopping for clothes, but this time I might like it. I also got some new makeup, and I'm realizing now after looking at these pictures how bad my old makeup looked.

So there you have it. I'm getting there, slowly but surely.

I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend! We are leaving soon to go get Rylie. I have missed her so much this weekend! Have a great week!

You're looking great, LeeAnn! Seeing the pictures side by side it's easy to see the difference in how much smaller you are - and the nice tan you have now. :) You're motivating me to maybe get moving a little bit to try to shed a few pounds, too!

You look fantastic! Congrats on your weight loss. It's so hard just to lose a few pounds. Chocolate tastes so good :)

Way to go, you've almost reached your 150 goal.

Definitely can see a difference, especially in your face! Great job!

My next update I probably won't look so tan anymore I've lost most of mine now.

Whoo hoo!!!! Looking great LeeAnn!!! Keep up the good work!! I really need to start getting my butt in gear. I just need to get better about eating. Or maybe now that it's starting to get a little cooler (aka NOT 100 flippin' degrees), we can take family walks around the neighborhood in the evenings. You're doing great! So proud of you!!

Lookin' good, Mama! Every time I see one of these posts, I'm like 'man, I need to get back on the weight loss wagon'....and then I eat an Oreo. I'm pledging to join you in McFatty October (no way I'm doing a weekly, I'll get irked if I don't drop any weight and eat a cheeseburger or something), hold me to that please!!

ps: Lovin' the new do!
