Flatline. That is what my weight loss chart looks like at the moment. At least it isn’t going up, so that is a good thing. To my surprise, I actually lost almost a pound from last week. I don’t really understand how that happened since I have been eating nothing but JUNK, but hey, I’m not complaining.
Life got busy, and I got lazy. I haven’t been eating well at all. Take the Taco Bell I ate at 10:30 the other night, for instance. Gross. I have to say that I actually do feel better when I eat better. I can totally tell when I get back to my unhealthy eating habits again. I just don’t feel good.
I'm back to eating healthier as of NOW. I want to see that downward slope again.
