Bryce Is Crawling!!!

We finally have a crawler! I'm so ridiculously excited! Well, except for when I need to go to the bathroom or switch out some laundry. I can't just set him down on his playmat and know that he'll still be there when I get back.

Last Saturday morning when we were getting ready for our little road trip, Brian called me up to Rylie's room. When I walked upstairs I was greeted at Rylie's door by a little crawling machine! He crawled around all weekend and now he is a pro.

Now, I know better than to compare my kid to others. And I don't for the most part. But I have to say that it made me just a tiny bit sad that his friend at school, who is only 12 days older than him, has been crawling for a while now. Not to mention the baby that is months younger than him that is already crawling. So now my little buddy can chase them around! Yay!

I was telling Brian yesterday that in the course of just the past couple weeks he seems to have developed so much! He is pulling up and cruising all over the place, talking up a storm (seriously, he is never quiet anymore) and now he's crawling! It is like the switch got flipped or something.

I took a little video of him tonight. Please don't mind all of my stupid sounding "Yay Bryce" sayings 100 times. I hate my voice on camera, especially when I'm being dumb. But here he is...showing off everything he has learned recently...
