Sigh. I gained a pound since last Monday. It doesn’t surprise me. I haven’t been eating right and have been eating way too much junk food. I usually do pretty well during the week, but then I forget all about dieting on the weekends.
I need to get back to better eating habits again. That, I know. It is just hard. Waaaaaaaaaah.

Just thought I send a quick hug your way and say not to worry about that pound it will be gone in no time. The hardest part I think about dieting is truly getting your mind into that frame where set backs are no big deal. It is a long term commitment. Good Luck! Look forward to seeing what next week will bring you.

I'm the same way about my eating habits. I do pretty good during the week when I have more of a set schedule. During the weekends, it's like my hard work goes out the window. 2 or 3 "bad" days of the 7 days isn't horrible. Keep up the good work!
I hear you on the discipline. I can do so well, eating healthy, getting my exercise, but all it takes is a few days of being too tired to menu plan or exercise and it hits you - weight gain. Poo! Here's to a better next week!
